MYE Studio

Yoga Classes in Kelowna

MYE Studio offers a full range of yoga classes in Kelowna’s Upper Mission — from grounded Hatha to flowing Vinyasa to restorative Yin. Whatever brought you to the mat, our classes are built for real people, not perfect poses. No experience required, all bodies welcome.

Our Yoga Class Styles

  • Hatha Yoga — a slower-paced practice focused on alignment and breath, ideal for beginners or anyone wanting a grounded, mindful class.
  • Vinyasa Flow — a dynamic, breath-linked flow that builds strength, flexibility, and heat.
  • Yin Yoga — long-held, passive poses that target connective tissue and calm the nervous system.
  • Fascial Release — a gentle, restorative class using props to release tension and improve mobility.

What to Expect in a Class

Classes are held in our Kelowna studio, which is not heated — so if you find hot yoga overwhelming, you’ll feel right at home. Mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters are provided. Just bring water and yourself.

Who Our Yoga Classes Are For

  • Complete beginners who’ve never set foot on a mat

Frequently Asked Questions

I've never done yoga before — can I still come to class?
Absolutely. Every class welcomes beginners, and our instructors offer modifications for every pose. Arrive 10 minutes early and let your instructor know it’s your first time.
Is your studio heated?
No — MYE Studio does not offer heated classes, so our yoga classes are a great option if you prefer a more moderate room temperature.
What yoga style should I start with?
If you’re new, we recommend starting with a Hatha class for a slower, alignment-focused introduction before trying Vinyasa Flow.
What do I need to bring to a yoga class?
Just water and comfortable clothing — mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters are all provided.
